Enabled business expansion across various regions by developing brand portfolio, long-term brand strategy, product innovation roadmap, digital/ecommerce, new Go-to-market propositions and commercial initiations. Led teams of brand marketing, digital/ecommerce, innovation & technology/R&D, and retail across various regions whilst delivering a new web/ecommerce platform launched in eight countries and languages, the repositioning and identity of the Global Brands and developed and launched the new omnichannel retail franchise concept. Implemented complexity reduction program across brands, that contributed in sales and significant profit increase.
